Description:

Steel monopole telecommunication tower?consists of tower body and platform. There is an opening on the bottom level of tower body and another?opening up to the same level with platform. The ladder is fixed to the handrail of platform. Monopole is characterized by?the ladder and feeders which are installed inside the tower body. Protected from the wind and rain and other natural?environmental destructive factors, it is convenient for maintenance and long-life use.

Raw material: Q235 in China. We get the raw material checked in our lab test room. Silicon less than2%. We have carbon and sulfur analyzer to check the elements of the steel sheet. We'll return the steel if they are unqualified. So in this way, we can control the quality of the steel poles from the first beginning.

Applied to the material of general-purpose steel GB/T1591-2008, Q235, Q345, Q420, Q460 used in China.

Manufacturing

Our factory owns advanced?production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with best quality.

After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.

Inspection
To ensure the quality, we have professional technicists to inspect the poles during the manufacturing and before delivery.
We have Lab Test, Workload Test, Steel thickness Test, Galvanization thickness Test, etc.

Delivery
We normally use 40HQ containers and our Port limit weight for a 40HQ is 26 tons.
